Mosaic Edge - Instructions

Coordinate with your IT department to configure a Windows computer that has access to both the PLC network and the internet.  If needed, Mosaic can provide white list information so that IT will know which internet addresses and ports the Mosaic Edge program is using.

The computer can be used for other tasks, but it must be on and running the Mosaic Edge program in order to send the PLC data to Clarify.

Download and install Mosaic Edge.  The download is a standard Windows installation file (.msi).

Start the Mosaic Edge program.  It is located under Mosaic Automation in the start menu.  There should also be a shortcut on the desktop.

Go to Help - Register and fill out the registration form.

Jerry will configure the Mosaic Edge program and your Clarify account.

After your Clarify account is configured, you will receive an email from Clarify inviting you to join your organization.  Be sure to check your junk email folder.

Use the web application at https://clarifyapp.clarify.io to access your account.
